Liverpool Creek Swim Hole
It's a creek with a road ridge that you jump off of. It's about 3 to 4 meters high at the time. The deepest part was about 1.8 meters. It was perfect the day we were out there. It was about 31 degrees with low humidity. Not a cloud in the sky. Cool clear water with a very slight current. Just a few leaves floating around. Mostly sandy bottom with some rocks to the outer banks. Kids loved jumping from the road. Was awesome. Small picnic area with bathrooms. Highly recommend a cool dip on a warm day.

Lovely rest area with pretty creek and swim hole. The facilities are adequate and the place nice and quiet. Great little spot.

Department of Environment and Science officers have concluded investigations at the Liverpool Creek swimming hole, on Innisfail Japoon Rd, Japoonvale, after the sighting of 2.5 metre saltwater crocodile was reported on Tuesday 2 Nov 2021. A warning sign has been erected.

Great free camp, undercover seating areas by the creek FlushingToilets only, no showers. Farmers sell locally grown bananas roadside Also on the way to Paronella Park.
