Love a visit to Gungahlin Square, we enjoy walking to the various shops, exploring the hiden jems and eating from the multiple resturants. Would be our local if we didn't live in belconnen.

Not as big as shopping centres in other parts of the city and not every famous brand exists here. However, this is its uniqueness -less crowd, everything located in walking distance from each other, plenty of free car parking (up to rwo hours) and many small nice restaurants. Big winner is availability of light rail - 20 min and you can reach the City.

It does take a while to get to the other side if you're wanting to go to Woolies and Coles but there is a good assortment of stores. I would like to see more bars or leisure activities around. Possibly more community orientated events and make better use of the park and open spaces.

Due to high volume of apartments and shops in this area, it's getting difficult to find car parks and drive cars, specially I have sent many accidents recently due to confusion on give ways and stop signs

Light rail in Canberra is much much better the one on the Gold Coast. Businesses on the Gold Coast have gone out of Business when they were building the system. In Surfers Paradise a whole lot of Businesses have gone. The MAYOR needs to ask why

gungahlin has gotten busier and busier since it first opened. i do not come here often any more but it used to be easier to get park and do your errands. wasnt too busy. now when i come i have to remember where to drive as the light rail runs through. but otherwise its nice having all the extra shops and services here for if i do not wish to go into belconnen it can be quicker coming in here
