Magic Hand Carwash Collingwood
I went for a car clean today. Waited for 1 hour while it was supposed to take half an hour. They had so many hands wiping my car, but i saw no system. And can you believe, after 12 hands swiping it for > 5mins, the boot still remained dirty on the outside.This place used to be really good. They need a manager to reinforce back the old system. There used to be fewer people , but working in a coordinated manner.Won't return for a while.

I’m posting this review on behalf my dad John. Yesterday about 4.30 pm my father John and I took my car to Magic Hand Carwash Collingwood for a detailed wash including polish with clay bar and the results were amazing. The team went out of their way to accomodate us although we arrived close to closing time and our car was finished past closing time with a wonderful result. Thank you for looking after us. .. John

This was my first time at the car wash, $65,00 for basic cleaning!The guys are nice!But unfortunately I didn’t like the results at all.I’m so regret to take my car in this place! Expensive and poor cleaning, my car still dirty inside, I will have to vacuum it again, and clean the internal mirrors.When you pay $65 for car wash you expect at least a good vacuum cleaning.I’m sorry but Never again.

Excellent experience - fantastic clean inside and out and great customer service. Very happy as I have struggled to find a decent car wash service for some time. I will definitely be back again.

The internal cleaning is not good as I thought. Dirty marks are here and there, they didn't vacuum the back that made me upset. I have a basket at the back and they didn't bother to take it down and vacuum.

Great value for money interior and exterior wash/clean in a great location. I went early and was able to get my car in straight away. Service was great, staff were super friendly and there's a nice area for you to sit and work/relax while your car is being cleaned. Will definitely be back in the future.

I was disappointed with this service this time. I opted for the wash& clean and upgraded to the $79. The top of the dash was dirty and I found bits in the cabin I had to clean. I have been here before but the result was much better. If I go again it will just the outside and inside clean.

Needs to be a bit more care in cleaning the outside. Smears and dirty water marks left on our car.Also, if a customer bring own coffee cup, there should be a discount in price to reflect that, would be a great incentive. All helps the environment and keeps your costs down

Definitely lacking quality control today. Inspected the car before leaving and not washed or dried well. Windscreen smeared. It’s a shame you have to check your car before leaving. Seems to happen when the owners are not around. Other MHCW do better than Collingwood. Collingwood used to be the best, but I’ll pay my $69 elsewhere.
