Got all my showcase counter glass tops done this morning with O'Brien Glass. The four gentleman did a great job and all in time for me to open my business at 9.00am . Wow, what fabulous fast service. We came home to a large shattered window a day before we head overseas. We called O’briens straight away and had the window completely repaired within 5hrs. Jared attended very quickly and knew exactly how to fix it with minimal mess (we have a pool straight outside the window) Thanks so much, you saved a lot of anxiety. I contacted O’Brien late in the evening to replace a broken window yesterday.I spoke to a Jamie on the phone who was very informative & clear with my options.I wanted the window fixed that evening so chose the after hours option.My serviceman Jack called me a few hours later in the time window that I was told by Jamie on the phone, to advise he was not far away.Jack was extremely polite, punctual, knowledgeable & all round professional.The whole process was made easy & painless thanks to the O’Brien team & I would definitely recommend to others.

Jack attended my property to fix a broken bathroom window. He was punctual, polite and very friendly. He called me 30 mins prior to his arrival. Both windows replaced with new glass and they look great. Tidied up after himself and made sure I was happy with everything! O’Brien Glass is lucky to have such a great employee!

A flyaway stone from the whipper-snipper of our wonderful gardener and our glass sliding door shattered. A phone call to O'Brien Glass in the morning and Jared arrived later that day making sure the glass in our door was repaired and safe on the same day. Jared was truly excellent ... considerate and efficient ... our door was promptly repaired and all broken glass cleaned away and removed from the site ….. after Jared's excellent repair work no-one would have known the damage had ever happened ... absolutely as good as new.
