Fantastic service! I was there to buy a pair of reading glasses and had an amazing experience. There were two young ladies in that pharmacy, who were very helpful. Especially the one with the blond hair( perhaps Tayla? As per the receipt), who went above and beyond with the Customer Services. Thank you very much for making people happy with your warm and welcoming attitude!

When I had vaccines here the pharmacist was lovely and I didn’t have to wait at all, and the staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were terrific in organising the contactless pick up and free delivery of medications for me when I had covid-19. I had almost lost my voice at the time so the website chat function was invaluable and I got a response quickly.

Went on a Sunday night to get a script for a chronic condition. Charged almost 5 times the cost of the same script regularly purchased at other pharmacists. Same manufacturer, same quantity, same dosage. Item on PBS. I asked why so expensive compared to other pharmacy? That is how much we charge"."

Sylvester offers a personal and compassionate service. I came for a covid vaccine and was surprised by the care provided. Sylvester took his time to reassure me and talk through my concerns, then sweetly remembered me when I came for my follow up appointment. Thank you Sylvester!
