I couldn't have been more more delighted when I set eyes on my nine year old Holden Cruz after its repairs today. It looked perfect, like a brand new car. It was spotlessly clean inside too, unlike the way I left it!. It was also great to have the hire car.

Unfortunately i have to put 1 star they would be getting 0 if i could.The lady behind the desk was very rude and didnt have the time of day to even answer a few questions. if you werent there for an insurance claim they didnt want to know you wont ever be going back there. You use to be a decent business guess now its all about the money. Very disappointed

Fantastic service right from the start, and after the last mob I was directed to by RAC, thank goodness. From quick quote, immediate hire car by Budget lady that operates in the morning to update each stage of the work by message. Car delivered on time. You only have to look at the workshops and parking area to know they are on the ball. Biggest tick goes to how clean the car was inside and out, almost detailed when we picked it up. Excellent service folks. Looking forward to the next idiot running into us while parked.

Would be a 0 if possible. Customer service was terrible and condescending by both lady and man at the counter. Cannot perform simple task as retrieving keys since they said lock up time was 4:30 eventhough stated they close at 4:45. Was just trying to get home keys that was connected to car keys.

Being in the industry and seeing a lot of cowboys, this is the only place I take my vehicles and recommend to family and friends. Service and workmanship is second to none. Been coming here 20 years with numerous private and work vehicles and and not once have I ever been disappointed. And to top it off, my vehicles come back cleaner than when they went in! 6 stars if I could! Keep up the great work Romano's!

Very happy with Romano's Smash Repairs, they told me my car will be done in a week from drop off and they rang me 5 days later to let me know that it will be ready for pick up the next day , there wasn't a lot of work to be done but still a decent amount, I can't recall any smash repair that has delivered my car on time let alone before time. So big thumbs up to everyone there at Romano's 5 stars all the way!!!
