United Petroleum Byford (Pie Face)

Tried the PieFace pies located at this establishment.OK tasty but:-needed more seasoning;-pastry was a bit soft; and-fell apart when trying to eat from the takeaway container.Might try again but they need to be taken home and heated in the oven to crisp up the pastry a bit, and to eat off a plate give the fall apart design fault.

Vegan pesto chicken was really good :)

Service is mostly pleasant. Attendants seem to be always distracted by phone on their ear.I was not impressed by donuts which were expensive and dry in texture and no significant flavour. Disappointed !

pie face is really nice. large variety of donuts and are very soft and tasty. pies are also very nice. must try butter chicken, steak bacon and vegan pies.feel happy to go there every time

Polite staff, usually a good price for fuel and who can go past pie face pies?

I liked this service station until I got harassed by the high pressure sales people at the entrance trying to sell spray on wax, wiping brake dust on my car to show how good the product is and wanting $40 a bottle. I want to buy fuel, not be harassed by commission based sales people trying to sell me snake oil. Won't come back if they continue to be there. Don't take no for an answer either

To expensive , pies and sausage rolls are really bad, doughnuts are old and dry. Shame for new pump only the petrol prices are good most of the time.

Yesterday (7/6/2023), my son visited the United petrol station in Byford to purchase some petrol but his card was declined – because of his disability he forgot to activate the new one. He was quite embarrassed and apologised profusely to the service attendant, promising to revisit the station after work the next day to pay the amount required. He provided his driver's licence details, email address, phone number and car registration to the service attendant. Not long after returning home, he received a text message from a debt collection agency demanding he pay immediately for the fuel, in person or online. It was paid online and a receipt issued. Some minutes later, another message was received demanding payment again for the same amount. The following morning a third message was received demanding payment for the ‘overdue’ amount – not even 24 hours had passed! Someone at this service station, not long after my son had left, informed the debt collection agency that he had a fuel debt. A representative for the agency told me they had received two notices from United for the same debt. My son was not given a chance to make good his promise that he would pay.So, the moral of the story is do not accidentally forget your wallet, your card or have insufficient cash to buy fuel from this petrol station otherwise you will be reported immediately to the debt collection agency and not given the opportunity to prove your honesty.

Only petrol station in wa where I have been slugged a fee to use a motorpass... a disgrace that your companies enjoys ripping off already struggling pensioners. I will no longer support your business and hope others don't either....

this brand new servo (the 4th in less than a 500m radius in the rapidly exploding suburb) is less than a week old and it shows as they're still filling up and finding their way in the byford ecosystem. the attendant seemed friendly enough and for a sunday, fuel price was pretty low comparatively
