I have had to give one star just to be able to post this review which is unfortunate. I have been to this place on Friday around 2 o’clock and one of the staff members said they are fully booked. I asked to book an appointment for the next day and she said it is impossible to do.Therefore, I had to come back next day and I received a time slot two hors after my arrival time and when I get there on time no customer care personnel even cared about my presence. Therefore, I had to go to one of them who was walking towards the corner. I politely told her that I have an appointment and she grumpily shouted “ I’m with a customer ok” and just walked away. She just sat next to one of her colleagues and started chatting with her. This center has absolutely no sense of customer care. I had to wait another 30 min to reach out one of the other customer service staff members.

I have called the Bunbury store phone number a number of times and left my contact details without anyone calling me back.The message on the phone clearly says leave you contact details and the store will call you back on the same day.Please check your phone messages and return calls when details are left or remove this from your stores phone options.

Found it impossible to access timely customer service staff. Can not walk in off the street, I am told they are very busy all day and I will have to make appointment, usually 4-5 days wait (twice). After appointment contacted by e-mail about customer service survey and given name of staff person (who interviewed me) who from now on will be my contact person, happy to help. That did not work at all she was not available in store and has not responded to date, 2 weeks later, to e-mail I sent her. Tried ringing the store, automated answering system, still can not talk to staff had to leave message. Telstra’s customer service surveys seem a hollow gesture when they make it so difficult in real terms for customers to contact them. Unfortunately because they have better coverage in remote areas, I need to keep the service. Very dissatisfied.

Multiple times over the span of a year I’ve had to visit the Bunbury store for the same issue and every time got told it was sorted only for the same problem to keep happening. Told different information from each person I’ve had to deal with and none of them were right. 1 visit to the Eaton shop and problem solved. Months I’ve wasted time and money because no one there has any idea what they’re doing. Id suggest complete retraining for all staff because if you don’t know how to solve something don’t guess and give wrong advice. Also everyone at the Eaton store should get a pay rise because they actually know how to do their job.

Very very poor service from the manager Nathan pullen, no follow up to our issues and had no idea what he was doing or what was going on, would not recommend Nathan to anyone and will not be returning

Well after 9am and still not open were is the old telstra because this customer service is as bad as it gets and why send surveys if you don't intend to improve your service as its gets worse all the time. Luckily optus open on time so they now get my buisness

Slow shitty service, store is hot and if you have time to waste this is the place to be!!! Got a jack sprat" standing with his iPad in hand doing absolutely nothing. The usual for the store....if I could remove the star I would. I would love to cancel all services or lack thereof when it comes to Telstra.... A really shit service all round."

Unfortunately, I have had to give one star just to be able to post this review, when ideally I would have given 0. I asked for a service to which the staff contemplated as they were shutting early, to have sat down for not even 5 minutes for them to inform us they will give us the products but not complete the forms or process the order. We were hurried out the door as the staff were packing up and chatting amongst themselves how they all want to leave early, just to find out none of the services we requested were met. Will not return to this store. Highly recommend Marnie at Eaton Telstra for those reading.

This place is hopeless. Partner needed a new phone. The staff here ignored him. We went elsewhere after waiting in-store for one hour, without even being seen. Never again. I'm only giving it one star because I can't go any lower.
