Waited over an hour for two raps and a thickshake. When I finally received it, both wraps were soggy to the point where they were falling apart!Not enjoyable at all!!

It was ok...The food was hot and when it arrived I considered sending it back... I didn’t. Saying that, I assume they would have been happy to correct the issue I had.The chips were mostly over cooked and the meat was a bit small and crispy as well.Give it a try. Nice people and very clean place too.

Slow as a wet week?Ordered takeaway, nothing flash, just some chips. 30 minutes later when my order had not arrived, checked with staff who then informed me that they lost the order.Meanwhile, kids are restless, cold shopping in the car is getting warm. Order placed again. Staff did apologise, but it's not rocket science.

They had good hot coffee and their iced coffee was absolutely amazing! Wonderful variety of fast food but not all items are on their menu.

Worst experience ever came here from Sydney to enjoy the area and do a bit of off reading, the lady that served us the coffee gave us such attitude didn't even say Hi, threw the coffees to our table and left. Will not recommend and will never come back!! Just because I'm middle eastern doesn't mean I get a lesser service then others, very disappointed and can't belive there is still racism in this world.

Very quiet when we went yesterday morning. Food was mediocre and staff were coming off very rude. I can see why it’s rated and reviewed like it is. Very poorly run cafe for how old it looks. DISAPPOINTED

I can't comment on the food as I never actually got it, but their customer service is appalling. I waited 30 min for $5 chips and gravy (Sunday at 2pm) and they hadn't even started them. At the 20 mins mark myself and another customer asked how much longer. I don't know was the answer! Well, can you please find out please was mine. She never came back to us. Meanwhile 2 customers who came after me got their orders. I gave it 5 more minutes and asked again. Same answer. By this stage I'd been waiting 25 mins and her response was we've gotten busy since I ordered - my order hadn't even been started. I can't see how that could affect my order and asked for my money back. She then served 2 more customers and I had to ask again for my refund. I'm busy serving customers she said!!!Good service includes managing customer expectations and a few words at the time of ordering would save a lot of angry customers. I counted 4 other upset at the wait and we all said it wouldn't have been a problem had we been informed at the time of ordering. After 30 mins wait I finally left empty handed with my money refunded.Never have I had such a terrible experience for food. Go somewhere else in town.
