All fine until I needed to make a claim. Gallagher provided absolutely no support during the claims process. Although my car was completely stationary when I got reversed into, I still paid a $500 excess, and Gallagher did absolutely nothing about it. I would have expected them to act as an advocate for me. I have moved my insurance to another Broker as I feel that Gallagher has absolutely no integrity.I sent an email to Gallagher providing feedback bout how their service could have been better. I asked several questions in the email and would have expected answers. Gallagher simply ignored the email and did not respond.

We have tried to get travel insurance for 4 months would you believe, going back and forth, mainly us trying to get information from the so called 'client services officer'. I then tried speaking to a manager but didn't get past the receptionist, she said the 'client service officer' would call me back, but never did. We have given up, anyone has to be better than this mob - don't waste your time.
