Staff went above and beyond to help with a warranty issue. I arrived as they were closing (unknown) and they stayed back to help sort the issue that the Optus store at another centre refused to help with. 10/10 will be back!

Well I did wait awhile before I was served which I didn't mind ...Susannah was Amazing she went over and beyond ..Her knowledgeable service she did everything she could from her end the issue still hasn't been fixed I will call optus technical support tomorrow and hopefully it will be fixed regards SJP ...Tville Qld ..

It took me about 30minutes just to get a service in this outlet! There were only 2 staffs working on the floor and they were customers. No doubt the staffs were fantastic but waiting period is a major turn off. Do better Optus!

Quite helpful staff but they have not much of an idea when you are trying to transfer your number from one to another when the mobile phone is basic not very noligeable.

My favourite Optus store in Townsville. The manager and staff were extremely friendly. The person who served me was Annaleise and she was such a big help to me, helping me pick out a plan and phone.

I visited the store to recharge a dongle I've had for 5 years because online PayPal facility was out. Due to data breaches I decided to purchase in store. When my account was accessed there was a conversation about my information. I expressed I did not want to replace my cards again and was not comfortable devulging the information when I refused I was told leave the storewithout my recharge.There was no consideration for what I relayed and this was all in front of other customers. Zero customer service very poor Optus

Lovely experience in shop on boxing day. Again patience with me made the day. I went in with existing samsung galaxy note 10 with screen getting hot to ouch and battery not lasting like it used to. The salesperson checked out my phone, advised me to wait until Jan due to current delays over Christmas and New Years then come back to send it away. Took time with me to discuss my questions about galaxy watches, walled out with Samsung Galaxy Pro 5 watch which I am very happy with. Thank you
