Opening hours aren’t correct. It’s 5pm on Saturday and apparently open for another hour, but everything’s closed. The strap on my wallet has fallen apart so need to have it replaced..

Bought a watch which lasted 8 months. I thought it was the battery so I changed it - but it isn't. The watch was faulty, $200 for a shoddy watch that doesn't last. Tried to take it back after a year as hadn't gotten around to it before and they said it is out of warranty period. No apologies! Absolutely awful . Please do not buy watches from here, they are faulty and worth about $10. Pretty horrible customer service.

Amazing customer service from Georgia from the Paddington Store! I was in depserate need for the Last Mountains Bubble black bag as it was sold out online. I managed to find it at the Paddington store and Georgia kindly wrapped it, added a card and express shipped it just in time for my sisters birthday! My sister absoloutely loves the bag! Thank you so much again!
