A lovely little boutique, with even lovelier staff. The prices are little on the higher side for Newcastle, but are in line with boutiques that stock similar labels in Sydney or Melbourne. Although their range of menswear is smaller than that of their womens, it is all of the utmost quality and very much to my liking. They also stock a very alluring range of jewellery, with pieces for both men and women. Overall, I would highly recommend dropping in if you have an interest in fashion.

I went to The Lair yesterday and was served by a young lady who had exceptional customer service, she was so delightful and so helpful, she made my shopping experience wonderful. I will definitely be back again.

I first came across The Lair online, as they stock a brand I like - Viktoria & Woods. The customer service is really outstanding - it's very rare to find such amazing service. I will continue to keep an eye on what they have available (online but I will be sure to check out the store if I am ever up that way). Highly recommended.

The best customer service I have ever received! Kate bent over backwards to order me a necklace that was out of stock for my daughters birthday. She kept me informed via text and was so wonderful and patient with my sometimes frantic responses!It is so refreshing to receive fantastic service! Thank you Kate! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got to finally discover the lair on an impulse buy, Rose and the rest of the staff were just beautiful, and so helpful. Love my Bruvel leather shorts, not only because they’re made locally, but they make my butt look amazing x
