Nick is a great trainer, I have become leaner and built muscle in a short amount of time. Great positive classes. Couldn't recommend more.

Nick is by far the best trainer I've had. He is motivational and will push you to your limits and help you go further than you though possible. My fitness has improved incredibly since I started training with Nick, and I recommend him to everyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness as well. Training with him is never boring, you won't be disappointed.

Xtreme Athlete is an awesome trainer who pushes you to the limit and thinks up loads of weird and not so wonderful workouts... I have been doing his classes for a couple of months now and can't miss any or I go into withdrawal... definitely not for the faint hearted...

This class definitely packs a punch, highly energetic, fun yet definitely set to get you results. Both male and female members from all backgrounds, all shapes and sizes putting in the effort. Extremely motivating and id highly recommend it to anyone, looking to shape up get fit and have fun.
