Don't appreciate my dog being dragged by her lead across shop floor then being told it's my fault she doesn't like going there for her groom..shame, excellent groomer but extremely rude & arrogant shop woman..won't be going back there.

Received wonderful prompt service and treatment recently when the Greyhound we were looking after was attacked by a couple of large, cowardly acting thugs of dogs distracted the Greyhound while the other attacked the hind legs and bit out a portion of hip.Arrival was treated as an emergency and was attended to straight away. The personal service and obvious love for animals was evident and appreciated. Two weeks later, had the staples removed and you would hardly know he had been so sadly attacked. Wonderful speedy recovery thanks to a dedicated team of professionals.

Big thank you to the kind and compassionate staff there after coming in there bawling my eyes out over the thought of having to put my cat Argo to sleep. They went through the whole process with me, made him very comfortable and he went to sleep in no pain and very peaceful. I am so glad I picked this vet and will be taking my other animals there in the future.
