I can safely write this here now since I no longer work here.1) toxic company to work for and toxic RN's if you can't complete extra workloads ontop of your already really heavy working load don't even bother applying for this workplace. Because they'll go to their managers2) toxic management rebecca she definitely won't be interested in your own feedback will flat out fire you. She certainly didn't care what I had to say3) don't dare complain about anything that may seem unfair to you that'll also get you fired!I've had 1 sick day out of 6 weeks I'd worked and I'm sorry for that i was awfully sick but like you i can cancel if i need to with short notice thats the thing about being casual but if you got really stuck i would have refilled the shift which you likely wouldnt of appreciated anywho.And i have made 1 complaint because one of the sites had cancelled my shifts for 1 week in favour of another casual worker. all I've really done wrong" was i refused to do unrealistic workloads and I refused to do more then humanly possible I didn't necessarily say no either as I didn't feel that was even an option even a hypothetical no is to not follow the RN's instructions as you stated. " didn't follow RN's instructionsAll this is factual so no bethanie you can't get me for slander or defamation.But I just want everyone to know the unfair treatment I've had working here so nobody else has the displeasure of wasting their time here or having the bad experience i have had. Any efforts you put in it will be unappreciated."
