My first time visiting Midway Mowers and I cannot recommend them highly enough!I received excellent customer service from Frank and Harry as even though they were inundated with servicing mowers, took time to assist me and service my broken mower.They were very personable and accommodating. I’m am currently getting my lawns ready for a wedding and these guys have saved me a lot of stress!Thanks again!

under new managment,! when Andrew had the place,everything was 5 star.had a new motor put in my mower ,brought it back for a service,would not start after that,took it back for them to look at it and was told 5 weeks before they even looked at it!they then said it would be done in a week ,which is ok,went to pick it up after 5 days,three more weeks before they look at it!! it was them who caused the problem in the first place! never again!

Professional and helpful staff. Rob is a knowledgeable man and a diligent worker, he worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Definitely returning here again!

The shop had my mower (which I originally bought from here) for 8 days despite being told it would be fixed within a week. No courtesy call advising of a delay. After doing some due diligence with other businesses regarding the issue with the mower, I found out that this place was just trying to rip me off (issue could be diagnosed and rectified within an hour at a much less expense). I had the mower picked up today (not fixed) as I was sick of waiting. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Maybe hire some more staff if you can’t get through the workload. Thanks for wasting my time.

Save yourself money and stress and don’t take your tools to this back yard cowboys that rip you off and don’t do a proper job because you’ll be taking them back in a weeks time not surprised there going under!

I just purchased a new Masport mower from Midway Mowers. They even kindly put it together for me and showed me how to use it. Friendly staff, and fantastic customer service. Family owned business. I will be returning. Five stars!! Highly recommended local business.
