Jos took care of a whole range of maintenance, repair, and painting jobs as part of an overall refurbishment of our home in Woodlands. What he didn't do himself he subcontracted and took care of all the necessary coordination. Some of the work required custom gutter and metal flashing fabrication and fitting, as well as repairs to timber window sashes etc, and we were impressed by Jos' problem solving, design suggestions, workmanship and work ethic. We appreciated Jos' flexibility, patience (as we changed our mind about various details), always prompt response, and professionalism. On top of that, he's a nice guy and a pleasure to work with.
