Nice people and great service

Very unprofessional service by CD motors ferntree gully.I was a happy customer previously & decided to buy my second car with them but this time it was a big disappointment. Firstly CD motors finance team tried to arranged the finance from private company & when it was on final stage one of CD motors manager calls me & says we are cancelling the deal as we are not accepting the finance from private company. As it was suggested & proceeded by CD motors finance manager, he simply says finance manager is new & she doesn't know the policy. It was shocking to hear that their employees are dealing with the customers without knowing their own policies.You have lost one of your genuin customer & will never recommend this place again.

I have been in the motor trade for approximately 15 years on and off. By far other than the yard I managed for 8 years in WA this group is amazing made me feel welcome and part of the team from day 1 our used cars are excellent management is great. I'm here until I retire. Thanks to all involved in giving me an opportunity to work for such good people

Former employee of the CD Motor Group.I was hired for a permanent full time position but that was not the case.I only hired to cover 2 employees that were on annual leave, once they returned I was told I was not meeting the company’s expectations.Whis was another lie.They lie to customers and force employees to lie to customers.They make their mechanics write fake reports so they can make more money.I have worked at many different dealerships they have all been great except the CD motor group. Doncaster Holden, Hyundai, Ferntree Gully Hyundai, KiaDon’t service your car with the CD motor group.

Enjoying working at CD Motor Group. In the 2 months I've been on board, the whole team has assisted me hugely and made me feel at home. Never worked with a better bunch of people!
