One of the best muay thai gym. Very friendly staffs and coaches. They try their best to focus on every single student and willing to teach you as much as they could.Vibe is good and the environment is clean as well. Really enjoyed it.

I was recommended this gym from a friend and have not looked back since. I really connected with the authentic, fight-proven trainers who focus on good technique yet have a great sense of humor (especially Chok) so training is fun. Great sense of community as well at the pro fights on weekends and BBQs makes training more fun too. Highly recommend this place.

Can confirm as someone who has both worked and who currently trains here, that the review by this 'Brendan Armstrong' character is completely false and 100% not on. Having worked with Andy and Art on the admin side of things in the office, I can confirm that both of them are super reasonable, flexible and understanding when it comes to membership problems, especially for people facing financial hardships in their lives. Additionally, Art is the most lovely human being and has always been there to offer a shoulder that many of us have cried on when we've faced things in our lives that have been difficult to overcome. There's a reason she's seen as our 'gym mum' and she doesn't deserve this kind of online slander. Kinda shows what kinda character you have when you slander someone behind a computer screen when you haven't even visited the gym once (and yes, we keep records of all members as well as casual visitors...)

I was looking for a gym that offered workouts that were different to weights and boring repetition. From the first introduction and class this gym exceeded my expectations. The environment is friendly, the staff are very hospitable and most importantly I look forward to training everyday. Highly recommend talking to Andrew to get you started, its been a life changing experience for me and my journey to fitness.

The owners wife is a money hungry piece of work. Avoid this place at all cost. Profit over people, breaching govt covid regulations to make an extra buck. They bribe customers to get the good reviews.

Always a friendly smile and welcoming vibe. A great place to train in Muay Thai. They cater for casuals all the way to pro level fighters with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Dont forget your towel :)

My son enjoys Muay Thai at PTJ Gladesville. Really appreciates the tournament style training. Instructors are highly skilled and genuine in passing on skills. Customer service is great. Facilities are great and parking readily available. My son has benefitted a lot from their PT lessons.

Great gym. Going there gave me confidence to jump in the ring as well as loose weight and gain fitness. Andy is a great trainer and takes the time for all his students as well as takes time to train up other great staff. Highly recommend Muay Thai and highly recommend this gym. People come from all over NSW and further to train here.
