I only get a pedicure. Very nicely done, clean utensils in a fresh pack used every time, nice calf massage. Ladies who do it are careful and gentle.

Good enough, but very pricy. I had an infill and a two colour nail polish. It was fairly quick, but $70, not somewhere that I will be rushing back….

Horrendous! Poor customer service, shoddy workmanship. Acrylic nail broke in less then 24 hours. When my 16 year old daughter asked for it to be fixed the staff yelled at her. Go elsewhere for better, competent and less abusive service

I have been going here for years, however, my last encounter was absolutely unbelievable! Made a booking for 9am on Saturday morning and arrived to find the shop not open. There was also a wedding party waiting for their 9am appointment. One of the ladies phoned Centre Management to be advised the shop should be open. The staff arrived at 9.20. I was talking to my regular girl and the other girl on the counter started going off telling me I was rude for not looking at her! Could not believe it! She then came up and told me they wouldn't be doing my nails! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!

SNS chipped off most nails in a matter of days. Fully came off a couple nails and broke all of my nails and left them completely damaged. Beyond disappointed and a waste of my money.

Worst shellac manicure I have had. The product quality was so cheap it all chipped off in 5 days. Imagine how toxic!
