I have been apart of 4 different Strata Committees over various properties & this company is by far the worst. Got to be the most pathetic bunch of people under one roof - Mathieu, Stephane and Marie promised that they can fulfil all requirements in taking over our lot from the previous Strata Manager.Basically they sucked us in for a one year trial. Sweet talked us in a real good manner. Offering Gold / silver/ bronze packages. We must have of been placed in the brown rust packageA basic quote just seemed so difficult for this office. Not to mention not being able to implement any bylaws. Don’t cause yourself the stress or headaches.They will give you high blood pressure dealing with this “so called” management. The worst communication skills.If you question this office it’s a family run business they will all tell you that they arethe professionals over and over.But are happy to ignore you when they cannot answer your concerns or questions.They throw their hands up in the air and want to quit many many times. Which has become a running joke on our lot. Not capable of following committees’ direction or disputing any invoices that isbrought to their attention.When you have 8 people in a committee with a broad variety of trade backgrounds & life skills - from customer relations to builders/tradies /project planners/logistics mangers/account keepers/small business owners here dealing & advising a Strata Manager should be made easy. They are not interested & ignore you if you’re asking to many tasks or questions.It’s only one thing at a time in this officeMathieu will just call an AGM to evict all committee members after 7 months with basically nothing relevant on the agenda. Very strange tactics !United Strata need to stop trying to prove that they are right every minute of the day. Setting this business to fail.They already shut down their Burwood office. Failed to notify any lot owner to this day. One disappointment after another.Happy to pay any invoice just to sweep it under the rug and forget about it.Funny how all committee members on our lot feel the same towards this office.Mathieu, Stephane and Marie have every excuse under the sun.Stay well away from this MOB.They will take years off your LIFE...

We have been with United Strata Solutions for many years and it is amazing to see this Strata Company has continuously improved on every aspects of Strata Management Services year after year.Their staff are dedicated and professional.Owners, agents, tenants, & contractors are always treated with respect & courtesy on all matters relating to repairs and maintenance.Job requests, quotation requests, by-law resolutions, insurance claims & renewals are always performed to precision & executed in a timely fashion.Where issues arise, United Strata Managers are always very accomodating, very understanding, and very inclusive in acquiring the feedbacks from the executive committee and the affected lot owners before presenting the best outcomes.With many large strata complexes, there are lots of items which are ongoing & requires an immaculate attention to detail (eg. arranging building inspections, fire / OH&S compliance, by-law breaches etc...), everyday United Strata Solutions face these challenges in their stride & with a smile.For our Strata Complex, no matter the size or scope of the problems, United Strata Solutions has always been there for the owners.In addition to giving us the BEST value for service, I would like to congratulate Stephane and his whole team in performing all their Strata Management duties diligently and at a paramount level.Thank You for your wonderful service...Jason MSecretary SP8203 Liverpool NSW

United Strata is the best among them.Last year, we switched to United Strata, and couldn't be happier about it. I have been with United Strata for more than 3 years. I owned a unit that they manage. They have supported my concerns to the owner corporation. Whenever there is a common issue, it has been addressed professionally and delivered their services . Few months ago we moved to United Strata and cant explain the burden that was lifted. It felt like a struggle been an apartment owner, yet with United Strata they were very helpful and made the process feel easy and smooth.

Stephane & Mathieu have provide high quality service throughout the transfer from a larger strata management company and continue to do so. No question or request is met with annoyance. This team works to provide practical advice as well as ensuring strata requirements are met. I have already referred other owners corporations to have a look at their service offering!
