Promised to pick up thurs then they said system was down and it would have to be picked up nextday next day came had to call 6 times to know whats going on and days over now no1 told me whats going on real bad service wouldnt use them ever again absolute rubbish service

Excellent services ever! It is amazing that I booked a normal road service from Syd to Mel but delivered just next day. And also really appreciated to Mauricio, I had something urgent to deliver, so he helped me a lot even out of working hours, very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

We have been using the team at One Express for a number of years. The services is first class and his team of drivers are polite, efficient and very helpful.The best part about one express is the turnaround, I place a call in the morning and the job is done same day – Big or small.Great Job !

First time user. Paper work was dead easy. 2 hours after I contacted One Express their driver was at my door. My 7 kilo parcel was shipped from St Kilda at 2:30pm & arrived before mid-day at Marrickville NSW the next day. perfect! Would not hesitate to use them again. Great pricing as well.

Does anyone have working contact details for this company? Their phone numbers do not work. Their website does not exist. We've paid over $3000 into a Sydney bank account under a different name and now I cannot reach One Express Global to get a tax invoice. Help?!

I didn't use One Express for my interstate moving because of my schedule conflict and price concern. However, Vicky Deng is extremely helpful and quickly responsive for the solution. She works professionally the way you can only expect in HongKong, Taiwan or Japan. I am sure they can meet my requirement for quality service.

I use Oneexpress to delivery my suitcase back to China, they are really helpful and professional. I just made a phone call then they sent me official quote in next 5 minutes. They prepared all documents for me and indicate me how to do customs clearance in China.It is easy than I image. I would recommend the students in Australia to use their service when they back to China. Good job!!!
