The Pure Water Shop

I would not recommend The Pure Water Shop in Parkside. I have a counter top reverse osmosis filter system and when they replaced the catridges they did not put in what I asked for. I specifically asked for omnipure inline replacements. They gave me one onmipure (usa made) and two other brands I dont know. I trusted them and this trust is not lost and I will not being going back. I got a sort of arrogant apology, but they have done nothing to rectify the situation. Plus discovered they charge double or more for the things they sell you can find cheaper elsewhere. I would shop around and look online.

Professional & friendly service. I purchased the wrong sized cartridges but they they were exchanged with a smile.

They are a great bunch of people, the team has been serving our family for the last 25 years and some of the same staff are there still with big smiles whenever I walk in. Their wide range and filter knowledge is very thorough, Robyn helped me to make the right selection when we were wanting to alkalise our water filter as well as energise it, thanks team we love our water now.

Until I spoke to the great people at The Pure Water Shop, I had no idea which water filter would best suit my living situation, and our home. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful! They also had all the filters and housings in stock, which was great because I just wanted it done. They really take the complexity out of it, and they recommend the most suitable unit as well as arranging for yearly service if you want to, or none (i.e. self service) if you want to! I find it very handy that compared to other local water filter companies, the shop gives me that freedom, and its refreshing as well as handy on the pocket that servicing every 12 months is enough. The water is positively delicious and healthy!

My black butt floor is completely ruined after the Pure Water Shop serviced my reverse osmosis water filter last Thursday. I went out for two hours after the serviceman completed the service and returned to find the kitchen bathroom and garage all under water. When the serviceman returned he told me a plastic tube had split and their insurance would cover it. The owner however would not accept responsibility saying the system was 20 years old. I have contacted Puratap and they told me they recommend replacing the tubes periodically but the people from Pure Water Shop have never suggested this to me. The fact that the system is 20 years old surely is irrelevant since if the plastic tubes had been replaced this wouln’t have happened. In the meantime I am up for a bill of $500 excess on my insurance and higher premiums and the inconvenience of having to have all my floorboards replaced. Will switch to Puratap in the future!

Very thorough and kind staff, went out of their way to find the perfect solution to my rain water issues, although it took awhile. Regardless, I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Great support for their customers , a friend of mine had some issues with his reverse osmosis water filter and the information and support and assistance from the very helpful staff was very much appreciated :)
