Cant believe the workmanship from this place, it is absolutely disgusting. I had my car repaired here twice an had to take it to another one of their shops the third time to get it right. The first time the vehicle was given back to me it had scratches and the paint was cracked an had parts missing, i rang and spoke to the manager who went on to tell me the parts were in the panel beaters toolbox and that it was no problem he will put them back on, then went on to blame the tow truck for scratching it, the second time they didn't even paint part of the panels which I then had another shop redo the whole job they done, mind you the car is brand new. Then the more I looked over it they have chipped the paint an scratches all around the door when removing it, left a ding in the passengers front door an stripped all the heads of the bolts from using the wrong size tools. How they can even give a car back to a customer makes me sick specially being in the trade for 10 years. All up I had no car for 9 an a half weeks because of this shop. I would steer clear at all costs from the milperra shop. Appalling workmanship and management.

Got my Audi repaired at RPM about a year ago, which included change of one of the tyres. Audi has distinct Screw Nuts, which is a pain getting replaced and without which one can’t open the wheel. Unfortunately, mine was lost during repairs. I realized that only after about a year, when a tyre needed repairs. Approached, RPM agreed to pay $125.00 for the screw nut, but getting the actual payment from them was like milking a bull. In came a wonderful gentleman, Neil Blaber, who followed this matter up with their HO and took personal responsibility in organising the payment. It took him about 4 months of repeated efforts for the company to release the money, but Neil’s efforts were tremendous. He was like a dog after a bone and I finally received the money yesterday. Mr Neil, you are terrific! Thank you!!

The paint Job is like dogs breakfast. Very poor quality. They do not have any quality control what so ever. I noticed the color difference at a glance and how come the quality inspector miss this unless the man is blind. Now the car looks two tone. Front half RPM color and rear half original color. Paint texture also different. four years old car now looks like 10 years old. Multiple colors, different head lights(one old, one new), one wheel cup painted and the rest looks different. Staff seems to be nice and they are happy to fix it for me, but then who has time to go there up and down to fiddle around with a car. What guarantee I have that they will get it right in a day next time having failed to get it right in 18 days of repair period. RPM is not open on weekends and I found it very hard to manage my job and the repair process with their operating hours . I would highly recommend a different insurer and a repairer who comes to customer for pick up and drop off.Disregard everything in their website, it is just another panel beater with a better marketing department.

Was initially booked with Silverwater's location but got transferred to Milperra for the job. The end result is spectacular(replacing around 7 parts OEM). The reason why i am giving the review is also because they took time to re-arrange all the stuff in my messy trunk lol.

Won't recommend.Was directed here by the insurance company. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment date. Repairs took 7 days instead of 5. Got not much information about a reason of the delay.Job is pretty average. New panels are not ideally aligned. If you know where to look - you would definitely notice the repairs.

Amazing people,they did the best job with no issues at all. Peter was very helpful, professional, and always with a smile. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING!Got the car back where they repaired small damage to the front left bumper and wheel arch.Before the repair my car's paint had been professionally corrected and ceramic coated.The car was very dusty and someone had gone over the bonnet with a shammy without washing it. They have created giant swirl marks and damaged the clear coat on the bonnet and looks horrible.Do not trust this place with repairing your car. How can a smash repairer who deals with paints and clear coats do such a horrible thing to someone's car.I am currently in the waiting room after being told to sit and wait for 10 minutes and they'll fix it. For those without knowledge on paint correction, it takes a long time as you'd need to wash the car, decontaminate the paint, use a clay bar then use a machine to polish.This is a joke.

All repairs were not carried out. One damaged panel was left untouched.I'd have sent it back to be repaired, but it took several additional days with poor communication to let me know when it was ready the first time.Also, the opening hours are so narrow that I need to take a day off to drop-off and pick-up in time. However, if I do so, who knows if my car will even be ready? I'm not in a situation where I can spend MORE of my leave when there's a good chance that it may not be ready. The result - living with an unrepaired vehicle despite having full comprehensive insurance.The hire car location is over 5km from the repairer. There is another hire car company a mere 1.2km away.I struggle to find a positive throughout the whole endeavour.

As a recommended IAG repairer I expected better service. Booked in for a 9.30am inspection and was told to arrive on time as they had other bookings that day. Arrived at 9.20am and wasn't seem till 9.55am with no apology for the lateness or explanation. Then was told they would need to keep my car for 3 days to repair a minor dent. They also couldn't book the car in for 3 weeks. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Fixed my car well. They weren’t happy with the paint job so asked for more time to get it right. Love this, so much better to tell me upfront and fix the problem rather than me find it and have to rip you a new one. My wife dealt with the repairs and she experienced great service. The car was in there for a good while, I get that a lot of customers are needy for regular updates but I stated on several occasions take as long as you need and that I didn’t need updates, just let me know when it’s ready. I feel like the effort is there for good service, but it isn’t great service if you aren’t listening to the customer. I went on holiday for most of the time it was in for repairs then had a hire car.
