Australian Building Inspection Services - ABIS Eight Mile Plains

Recently my husband and I had Abis inspect a property that was being built in another state from where we reside. Right from the beginning Abis was very helpful and informative, which is why we chose them. When we received our report it was very thorough, and we could see that it had been definitely worth our while contracting Abis to inspect our new property before Handover. Abis looked after us very well. Talking to their inspector after the inspection and receiving the report, further clarified all the areas of concern and educated us as to the areas that would need ongoing attention. I would recommend Abis to anyone needing a house inspection.

Spent $800 to get a report with effectively nothing on it. The house purtchsed as a result has 2 leaking bathrooms, rotten sub floor ect ect.... They did not even turn the taps to check anything. We are out of pocket $40K to fix both bathrooms now. They were also aggressive when we told them about the damage they failed to find!

Fantastic service! We got a quick appointment and same day report! The report was very thorough including great photos, so not only were we satisfied our house was sound we now know exactly what maintenance we need to perform down the track!
