Average property managers, two & half stars rounded to three. However keep a close eye on them would be my only advice. Downsides some anomalies on oversight of the property, tenants including one event I was displeased about but chose not to pursue. Good points when things were going well pleasant people to deal with, mostly did what they were contracted to do and have large referdex of local tradies that weren't too bad.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They treat potential renters like they're an inconvience to them. They're not interested in trying to get you into a property in this market as the demand is so hard that they don't have to work for it, so they just don't care. Poor communication, terrible service and a genuine lack of care. I wonder how we will be treated when we go to purchase a property in the next few months - I bet our money will smell better to them then.Reply: fairly certain sharing my private rental application history is a breach of my confidentiality, but if that’s what you need to do to rebut my genuine review then that says a lot about you and your company.

Lisa from Ray White has to be one of the best property managers I have dealt with over my nine years of renting. She is always prompt at getting back to me within 24 hours whether through emails, text or a call when I have questions about anything to do with the property we are renting; Lisa is always happy to explain things properly and in a way we can understand.
