Be warned purchased product online & was contacted the next day that the price on the website was incorrect & we should pay an extra $264. Rather than honouring the contract of sale, as requested, they refunded the money paid without further discussion.

Refused to take equipment back under warranty, even though it was clearly a warranty issue. Very poor attitude, I felt scared and humiliated when the manager with the big ego belittled me in front of other customers. I later heard others had similar experiences. Shop elsewhere. I think 1 star rating is too high for them. I now go to Officeworks in Penrith where I get treated with respect, never have to return anything under warranty and the prices are much cheaper.

Suggest people read the 1 star reviews to see the pattern with this shop - i only wish I had done so prior to ordering off their website. The website shows an image of the product I needed, a totally different product turns up, and their resolution of refunding $2.25 for the wrong product is far from acceptable. (My suggested solution included refunding half the freight $4.25 as well so I could buy the correct product from another website.)

I'm in Tasmania and couldn't source an item that my son required for TAFE locally found Bennetts office supplies online, gave them a call and Roma was so helpful she went above and beyond every other company I contacted in regards to this item, she contacted the supplier and found the answer I needed and called me back with the information within the hour , would highly recommend Bennett's Katoomba.Thankyou guys nice to see customer service hasn't disappeared, will shop with you again. Five stars
