Banksia Picnic Area
Dog friendly. Good location for a day picnic and coffee break to unwind.The waterfall is just ok, but worth a 20min walk to stretch the bones.

Banksia Picnic Area
A well maintained picnic area with fire pits and public restrooms. It borders on the edge of a beautiful stretch of rainforest with kilometres of walking trails.

Banksia Picnic Area
Great spot for a picnic. A few tables and chairs, fire pits available, pit toilets and rubbish bins. The starting point for a few trails too, all beautiful and the serenity is on point. Dogs are allowed and you will run into many friendly people waking their dogs. It does stay soggy long after rain, so don't wear your nice shoes.

Unfortunately rained out, but the site is clean and neat. Lovely walks available. Clean toilets and fire pits available... will be back!

Nice spot with BBQs available. Wide range of parking but can get busy. Nice spot for your dogs

Banksia Picnic Area
The Banksia Picnic area is the starting point to the Strickland Falls Track 1.8km ~40 minutes long. There are some public restrooms different seating areas and a campstove bbq (bring your own firewood or charcoal) and it's dogfriendly with dogwaste bags available at the start of your hike. Our doggos certainly enjoyed it.

Excellent walking loop trail to waterfall features beautiful examples of tree ferns ,elkhorns, and gymea lillies

Banksia Picnic Area
A very nice walk to Strickland waterfalls. However lot of leeches on the way and one has to be mindful during rainy days
