In July 2021 Lisa negotiated on my behalf for the purchase of a property in Bongaree. She worked with the NSW based family of the aged vendor and myself to ensure the purchase, which included furnishings etc. was as stress free and amicable as possible.In 2022 Lisa sold the property for me within 4 days, cash contract, no fuss, no prior settlement requests from the buyers and completion within 21 days. We couldn't be happier with the support provided by Lisa before, during and after we purchased our house. We were not able to come and see the house for the inspection so Lisa ran a virtual inspection for us and showed us the whole house with all details we asked for, what was extremely helpful for our decision. She was very attentive all along the way, and quick in getting the vendor and us happy when it came to price. After purchase we couldn't move due to borders closed and we had to wait in Sydney until we got our entry pass to Queensland. Lisa took care of the house while we waited until we finally finished quarantine and could come home. She was simply amazing, I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
