K9 Walkies

Kath has been walking Sonny weekly for the last few months and it has been really good for him and our family. She has been an absolute Godsend, keeping Sonny occupied and content while we are at work, but she has also given me a wealth of tips and support regarding things like how to stop him pulling on the lead, kerb manners, encouraging calm behaviour and increasing his exercise on walks by using a long lead, allowing him to run. She also supports me with other training I’m working on by using the same commands and hand signals and finding relevant articles and online resources to assist me to meet the goals I have for Sonny’s behaviour and obedience. She is clearly very interested in the well-being of dogs and their owners, regularly reading up on dog behaviour and positive training methods. She obviously loves dogs and Sonny certainly loves spending time with her. She takes great photos of him while they’re out having fun too!Kath is very reliable and friendly, and very responsive to messages. Her speed and quality of communication has been really appreciated.Kath has also had Sonny stay at her house for a 2 night trial. He was very tired when he got back from all the lovely walks they had. It’s great to know there is someone trustworthy, experienced and caring I can leave him with now!

Kath came at short notice and continued to walk my 2 Cavaliers for at least 8 weeks. My dogs would stand on the couch looking out the window waiting with excitement for Kath. They loved having their daily walk and loved Kath.

Kath kept in touch with regular updates and also was flexible when we couldn't meet pick up time as arranged highly recommend the service Toby does too

Kath is excellent with cats and chickens too! I highly recommend, was great to get regular updates and know they and the house was well cared for. Will definitely use again.

Kath has taken on the dubious task of attempting to convince our very stubborn rescue dog that walking with someone other than Mum or Dad is a good idea!!!! Kath has been wonderfully patient and persistent in a calm and gentle way and slowly progress is being made.
