Really happy with the accomodation! Co operative and communicative hosts. Nicely set out studio/villa with all you need. Quiet with aircon in good order. Location a drawback if you dont have transport otherwise easy access to all parts of town.

Mine opinion about hotels go use discretion summer good summer bad you got it I got the The hotel rates i’m a strong believer if you’re travelling by car and won’t stay at hotel use discretion before you book anything online Family man businessman or family been time are using your discretion I feel personally I get caught myself but now and then you needed to Check the prices of hotel rates in the with a family you are take into consequences things to go Wrong and that’s true it’s better than book where travel read the reviews carefully use discretion if you do not do it with your wife and she can be a better judge than husband you go to work like a team that’s how I feel on any Website but you guys remember control your money and have fun of travelling

This is the best place you will ever away in. Excellent in every way. Even your own remote lock up garage!!! Very comfortable, clean, modern and silence!! You will want for nothing!!

Enjoyed my stay here.2 beds and heaps of room. Very clean, just consider minibar or at least filtered water/ water bottles

I'd give it 5 stars except for little things like nowhere to hang clothes or a hand towel in the bathroom and a dangerous water spout sticking out from the wall over the bath (which is also too small for an adult to soak in) it has a large bathroom but a tiny bath and tiny shower cubicle.The unit is roomy overall and could easily be 5 stars but is let down by attention to detail.The back door won't stay closed. (Maintenance issue)No fly sceen doors.It has waiting room" lounges.The dining chairs are coming apart.The oven tray had oil and grease on it.The light in the kitchen is too dim.The TV and or the satellite TV is faulty (the sound is choppy)."

New property. Good amenities. More attention to detail would have made my stay perfect. Its the small things in the detail that keeps my attention. Overall very good accommodations

So far, first night of a five night stay this place is excellent, air was on for us when we arrived, room was spotless, modern very well decorated and equipped, bed comfortable, unit was very roomy, we are very impressed, thanksUpdate, rest of the stay was excellent,I highly recommend this place to anyone staying at Emerald and Emerald was a great experience

This was our first stay with Direct Hotels. We travel a lot and honestly can say this was one of the best value for money, spacious and comfortable places we have stayed in over 30 years. The lock up garage with direct access to the unit was above our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the 2 seater lounge. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. If this unit in Emerald is indicative of all Direct Hotels Accommodation, we will be seeking out more units as our first choice when next we travel.

Unfortunately we had a 10 night unplanned stay in Emerald due to our camper needing repairs. We stayed at 4 different locations within and around Emerald trying to find something comfortable and we finally found it here. Fabulous spacious accommodation with garage parking and small garden. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything you could possibly want - large bedroom with very comfy bed, bathroom with separate bath and & shower, lounge and dining area with tv which included full Foxtel, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher plus laundry facilities in garage. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again but hopefully under different circumstances!
