I called Telstra shop yesterday and asked have you got a Netgear nighthawk m6. They replied yes. I said ok I’m come and buy one now.They said no you can’t, you have to make an appointment.Ok when is the next appointment?A week from now. WTH?She rings me back and says I’ll see you tomorrow at 16:15. Ok see you then.I walk in. She says let me see your drivers license. I said what do you need that for? Well you could be anyone? She walks away and photocopies it.Then she come back and says the nighthawk is $50 more now that sale ended yesterday. Bad luck.This why dealing with a terrible company and franchise like this is to avoided.

Had an issue with my simm only giving me limited services. I popped into the Telstra Kalgoorlie offices today @9:00am and the very helpful staff provided us with a new Simm. They were very busy, but found the time to resolve our issue.Thanks Team and keep up the good work.

My husband cooked my phone and had to replace it. It went into the store, and Crystal helped us so much .Telstra would miss her so much if she was to leave.

If I could give Chrystal 10 stars I would. She went way beyond her job to help me. I purchased a new phone and pre paid plan for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Nothing was working. Chrystal was amazing. Kalgoorlie needs more people like her. Thanks so much and we will come back if we need anything. My granddaughter was so happy .with.nphone

My sim stopped working so no big deal I so I went to the only telstra shop in kalgoorlie to ask for a replacement and get them to change my number over to it only to be told that you must call and make an appointment witch I would have done if my phone was working what a joke telstra as per normal telstra only want to take your money but never have any customers support

What a joke, I separated from my husband in which the telstra account was in his name. He went into the store to have his name taken off and mine put on. He was given a form for me to complete which was done. I took time off work as I live 30 mins away from the store. The forms were handed back to telstra and after about 10 mins of the guy switching from screen to screen, tells me you dont need to wait while I finish it off

If I could give 0 I would. Had to make appointment then when I arrived was told assistant was busy and would I mind if someone else served me. Given to a trainee. When asked for ID happy to give my licence number but NOT the number on the back due to the fact I had a fraud case going because someone obtained that number. They then refused to sell me a $1900.00 iPad (outright payment). The previous day soldMe a SIM card that was expired. I had left Kalgoorlie at this stage and telstra advised I was to go back (500km) to get it sorted or purchase a new sim. Absolute disgusting service.
