Flour and Frost
My daughter has attended 3 workshops with Flour & Frost this year and is booked to do any workshops she hasn’t yet attended later in the year. Carissa has been extremely welcoming and has taught her many new skills that she now uses regularly with her baking. We particularly love that the classes are small which aid us in getting out and being social but in a very comfortable and supportive environment. I highly recommend the workshops.

This is the second workshop I've attended, and I have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is a very well organised workshop, and not too many attendees which make it much easier for Carissa to go around everyone requiring guidance and assistance with their cake.

The Cupcakes from Flour and Frost taste as good as they look! The butter cream is delicious and soft and the cake moist and light. Carissa was lovely to work with and I'll definitely order from her again!

Received these as a gift and was pleasantly surprised by how well balanced the cupcakes tasted (ie no sickly sweet duds). The butterflies, cookie and macaron made for adorable decorations.

I recently attended Carissa’s cupcake workshop. It was an amazing course where I learnt so many tips and tricks in how to perfect my cupcake decorating skills! Carissa was extremely knowledgeable (& patient!), I’m already looking into what course to do next!

Flour and Frost
Did a cupcake decorating course with flour and frost and absolutely loved it. Carissa was so lovely and taught us the skills to make beautiful cupcakes (which we got to take home along with the tools). Since doing the course I have made cupcakes multiple times and feel so proud of how good my decorating skills have become. Her cakes are also stunning (just check out her Facebook page) and most importantly they taste amazing.

We had baby gender cup cakes that where amazing. Then I asked Carissa to do some cupcakes for baby shower. The main cake was arranged separately and I just gave her a photo of the colour scheme. OMG I could not believe how beautiful my cakes where and when placed with the other one you would not have different bakers. Highly recommended

I attended a cupcake course by Carissa. It was amazing. I learnt so much and had an amazing product to take home that I did all by myself!!!! Carissa is very generous with her time and attention in the small groups. I am booked in for a cake course in a couple of weeks and can’t wait!
