We recently completed the full Lift Modernisation Project in the commercial building while fully leased, which is always challenging. I have worked with different Lift consultants in past on similar projects and by far LML Lift Consultants have performed exceptionally.We are very satisfied with LML’s performance in the handling of the project from site reviews, scope, tender to handover. LML was very competent, meticulous and diligence in ensuring that the appointed lift contractor carry out the work in full compliance with the specifications and ensure the smooth completion of the project according to the scheduled time. In additional, LML project manager had no qualms of making additional trips to conduct checks and supervision of the work being carried out. I would strongly recommend LML to building owners and Property management companies that would be considering modernisation of lifts due to their in-depth knowledge of lifts, professionalism, dedication, and commitment to work.

Richie, Dean and the rest of the LML team were welcoming and accomodating with our questions around Vertical Transport. The introductory session was informative and insightful, many walked away with a new found passion for all things VT.As an added bonus, there is a cute Museum of VT along with a functioning model replica of an elevator. Richie and the team at LML Lift Consultants have always gone over and above to provide outstanding service to MP Burke Commercial. We have undertaken two complete lift upgrades from their tender assessment and review as well as multiple service contract reviews. Their approach has always been practical and logical, while maintaining the best interests of the client.
