Great experience with James and his team. We engaged then to fix some rusty roof sheets and gutters. They got the job done quickly, communicated well and had excellent post sales service. We had a slight issue with the down pipe due to poor placement from the last plumber before using Clark. The issue wasn't obvious for a week but when we told James about it, he came out immediately and fixed it up. Highly recommend them.

Made a quote yesterday, and called twice today before picking up and said “I saw your call twice what’s up??”. Told about making a quote and got a reply “if we don’t reply, that means we’re not interested” and before hanging up said “that’s it? Okay bye”. I trusted the review, but never really thought this is the professionalism that the customer should be getting from the company. If the company doesn’t serve this kind of services or not interested in doing it, can’t you just reply with a message or saying in a more professional way than this?

Roof work was carried out promptly and professionally and is of a high standard. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I will be using Clarke Roofing and Plumbing again for any future roofing needs!

I was very happy with this complete replacement of my old gutter. It is wonderful to meet a team of really professional tradesmen who know what they are doing and who come on time and work hard until the the large two day job was finished. All three young men were friendly, polite and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The final job looked fantastic. They got the old gutter promptly removed.

Clarke Roofing & Plumbing in Port Melbourne recently repaired & replaced the rear iron roof section of my Victorian heritage listed row house .. they were exceptionally professional - experienced team, materials arrived on the day/time agreed and were installed meticulously - plus they picked up other issues, like badly originally (architect) installed skylight, fixed that, plus identified other rusted areas, took photos and discussed those with me (ie: identified Origin had just installed new solar panels directly on top of extremely rusted roof area without telling me...Origin subsequently had to come back, uninstall panels so roof could be replaced underneath, then return to reinstall panels - and charged me!) ... Whereas, Clarke Roofing took the time to discuss what they found post inspection of the roof, showed me photos identifying these roofing issues ... and provided best option/s, cost effective feedback - they were just upfront and honest - it was refreshing. Just having that dialogue & visuals ... I just wanted a professional roofing team to give me the facts and solutions and quote accordingly...and Clarke Roofing and Plumbing delivered this in spades. They confidently do their job because they are good at it and it shows. Can't recommend them highly enough. Hard to find tradies these days like this team. And when you do, you don't hesitate to recommend them to all your friends/neighbours. It's like finding gold these days.
