Repeatedly promised to arrange another date for garden maintenance. Calls not made when guaranteed they would make contact on multiple occasions over a 12 month period. Eventually told the garden would be done Feb 2023 but received no further contact regarding a specific date. I rang to arrange a date and was promised someone would ring the next day but unsurprisingly no one did. Emailed to ask what is going on then receive a message telling me to find someone else to do my garden. In my experience incredibly poor communication skills and do not do as they promised on more than one occasion in terms of call back.
