Just want to say a big thank you Leki and Aarvi for having me and Kenrick do our university placement at ProPhysio+. They have an abdundance of knowledge that they were willing to share and really care about the treatment and outcomes of the patients they see. Aarvi and Leki have been nothing short of amazing for my husbands work cover injuries. Leki and Aarvi have their own style but are professional, knowledgeable, with realistic approaches and can navigate hurdles with ease between employers and medical teams. Pinpointing pain areas and relieving any necessary hurdles so that recovery can be the focal point without unnecessary stress for the client.The systems and team work between Leki and Aarvi have been flawless. Aarvi’s continual treatment has been spot on, treating the right injuries and areas, including a positive and realistic approach. Aarvi is friendly, professional and very supportive and we trust him and Leki 100% with their recommendations and medical advice. Leki was very professional and patient when visiting the clinic for a 1hr assessment. Being it was my very first experience to visit a physio he was great at making me feel comfortable. The process in narrowing down my painpoints giving me grief was very thorough giving me confidence in identifying the causes. Leki is the first physio I have seen , and after our first consultation, I decided to not visit anyone else. He was quick to diagnose the root cause of my lower back pain, and prescribed a rehab plan that has worked like a charm. He is super calm, friendly, and answered all my questions very patiently.
