Palette Studio Dog Grooming

I've been here twice and my dog has looked great both times. However, ask for a quote before getting your dog groomed here. The first time, my double-coated dog was brushed, washed, and had her nails trimmed as well as a hygiene trim. I was charged $55. The second time, she was only brushed and washed with none of the trimmings and I was charged $80. When later contacting them about this they explained the increased cost by saying my dog was double-coated... She was double-coated the first time and hasn't grown more fur or become more unruly since. As I say, not a bad grooming experience at all but the price was a big shock and I was very unhappy at the unexpected charge.

I had both my dogs (cavoodle and spoodle) groomed today by Palette Studios in Drummoyne. I have been using them for 8 years now and always thought they were reputable. I went to pick them up, but no one was at the front of the store so I went to the closed door of where the dogs are groomed. I was able to see my dog still being groomed through a 1 inch gap in the glass. I then witnessed the groomer slap my dog across the face, push him against the wall and rough him up like his legs were not attached to his body. Whilst mortified, I continued to watch to see if it would continue. For the next 5 minutes, I witnessed her throw my dog around until I had seen enough!!! I didn't have the ability to film her, but I burst into the room, grabbed both my dogs and yelled at her that I'd seen everything she had just done for the last 5 minutes. She just kept saying I'm sorry

My dogs and I love Palette Studio, they are always so excited to see the friendly staff and come back smelling and looking amazing every time.10/10 would and do recommend!

Angelina took care of my pooch on his first ever grooming visit, lovely natured person who my dog was happy to go to. He is 4.5 month old cavoodle. He came back looking like a Prince. Really great job, his face and feet were cut so well. Thank you

Do not use this place. Asked for a groom and my dog was shaved to the skin. They also cut a huge chunk out of his ear which they then tried to play off as a preexisting condition. Told me I had neglected the dog and that's why it had happened... You honestly can't make this stuff up. Please stay away. Charged me through the roof to ruin my dog

I have been taking my toy poodle Vicky to palette studio for many years, he has the perfect cutest haircut as everyone knows. I travel all the way from Bankstown to Drummoyne .this is my best choice to go. Top groomers! Definitely 5 star.

Very disappointed. My dog has been traumatised and has never been so scared. I asked for a the groom package and my dog has returned completing shaved to the skin. Disappointed is an understatement.
