Return and Earn Coles Lavington

This is a great service for many reasons. It assists with reducing landfill and returns 10c per bottle or can you recycle. It’s difficult to get a park here as the recycling unit is part of the car park. Often on weekends you go there and they bins are full so you can’t recycle your goods. If they increase the emptying cycle it will mKe it more often that you can actually recycle your hoods instead of driving away with your bags of stuff still. Update it has moved away from the Coles car park to the back of the Big W car park and I have not been able to recycle here once since it has moved. Always full or too many people queued up to wait. Disappointing.

Complete power failure at the Woolworth return and earn.

Not working. In fact I tried 3 different sites In Albury & Lavington and not one of the were working.

The absolutely most frustrating part about the machine at Coles Lavington are the 'businesses' who will have trailers/utes full of bins and literally take hours to process their bottles/cans. For someone who only has a household collection (and attempting to get this processed multiple times each month, but still not being able to) it is highly frustrating. There should be set times that businesses can process their recyclables to make it fair on the rest of the community who only have a small number of items.

When the machines are online and working, the system is ok. However today, the two most popular collection chutes for cans and plastic bottles were out of order for some time. A call to the operater resulted in the devices being reset, however one dropped out again, and the queue grew.
