I highly recommend Pinnacle English Learn. Easy to schedule classes and communicate with teachers. I took IELTS training classes with Deborah, who helped me achieve the result I needed in each band. She identified my difficulties so that we could resolve them through lessons, feedback and valuable tips. Paul was also always very supportive and ready to help throughout the process. I can't thank Pinnacle English (especially Deborah) enough. Without them I would not have been able to succeed at IELTS. I needed a 7 in each part of the test and although I already had a good level of English, Deborah was essential to achieve my goal. She taught me everything I needed to get the impossible" 7 on writing. Paul also helped me with speaking and made me more prepared and confident for the test. My anxiety was a big issue but they supported me all the time. I highly recommend them."

I couldn't have chosen a better company to help me out. I had only two weeks to prepare for my IELTS test (which most tutors freaked out to hear), but Paul, Deborah and Madison were legends! They were very flexible in helping me out on short notice, the classes were straight to the point and the review and feedback were elaborate and comprehensive.I got a score of 8 overall! My experience was amazing. I was always very shy and I was ashamed of saying something wrong, but since the first contact with Paul and then with Madison, they always made me very comfortable and encouraged me to move forward and not give up. I still need much better, but all my progress is due to the light and relaxed way in which they conducted the classes. I didn't feel the time passing and I was looking forward to the next class.

I have learned so much in my classes with Pinnacle. My tutor paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this class, they asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. My tutor is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found her class! I managed to get the grades i need in writing for my masters program and once again grateful to have such experienced and helpful tutor. Thank you guys once again!

I had some classes with Debora that were more focused on writing and I can only thank them. Deborah is very straightforward and explains clearly each task. Deborah and Paul were very helpful throughout this time always answering all my questions. Deborah’s classes were essential for me to get my score on the first try.
