Had an overpriced inspection done prior to buying a house. Only to move in and find FOUR active termite nests in the yard that were somehow all missed in the pest inspection.

Aussie Building and Pest Inspections
At first I thought Ike was very professional, but turns out not the case. I've been in my new home 2 months and my bathroom is falling apart from water damage and worst of all there us an exposed power point in my kitchen. Tried to get him to rewrite the report but is blowing us off. Now I have an uninsurable house because it is noncompliant. Thanks a heap Ike!

He was more than happy to discuss these over the phone in further detail and nothing was an issue, even putting me in touch with reputable local contractors for more detailed inspections and reporting.
