The first time I went to this clinic I gave it a 1 star rating due to the following experience-Dr Holloway is more interested in just turning over patients than genuinely helping people. I broke my neck in 2013 have had 3 spinal surgeries and have been dealing with chronic pain ever since. Even with me brining in all my paperwork and a letter from my neurosurgeon explaining in detail my conditions Dr Holloway literally told me “I’m not interested in helping you” and “I’ve got other patients waiting”. I replied “but aren’t you a Dr?? Isn’t it your job to help people?” She replied again “I’d rather tell you straight...I’ve got other patients waiting and I’m not interested in having you as a patient”...knock me over with a feather I literally had to say to her “you know I’m a human being too??” To which she just blatantly dismissed me as if I was coming in for the fun of it. She wouldn’t even recommend me a viable colleague as an alternative for on going care.She is obviously far more concerned about making money and handing out anti-biotics and turning over as many patients in a day as humanly possible. Shame on you Dr Holloway you’ve forgotten your job description and your roll in the community...I hope one of you loved ones doesn’t receive the blatant lack of personal interest and concern that you showed to myself...hey...but at least you’ll make your patient turnover number quota for the day and you’ll keep the money rolling in. You’re a disgrace to the notion that a Dr should be someone that cares about their patients needs because you clearly don’t.This not a case of sour grapes it’s literally a genuine real personal experience from February 2021.HOWEVER-The rating of one star should really just go to Dr Holloway and not to the clinic as a whole.A friend encouraged me to go back and just see any Doctor apart from Dr Holloway and I must say I’m glad I did I’ve been blown away, really extremely happy with the service and care I’ve received from Dr Mun and Dr Wah Wah. They both care and listen and pretty much always 100% on time. Hence I adjusted my original rating of 1 star accordingly. Go see anyone here apart from Dr Holloway and you’ll be fine. Rant over

Hello everyone. We have recently moved to Broken Hill. I'm writing to thank everyone at Woopi medical Centre for all their support and care. I saw Dr Htut and Dr May. I felt supported and cared for in a kind and competent manner. Paul, my husband saw Dr Win and would like to thank him for his genuine care and friendship. We'd highly recommend all of them.We always felt a warm welcome from the office staff and appreciated their care and efficiency.

You have some great Doctors here but it's a shame you now don't bulk bill. A lot of people in our community can't afford to pay the gap and will have to go elsewhere or worse still - not seek medical help :(

Staff have no empathy, are rude and unhelpful.Dr's need to stop being greedy and forcing people to make an appointment just to write a script. Rip off and disgusting behaviour. It's not that hard to write it and fax it to the chemist! Not all Dr's rip people off this way. Do better!!!

Absolutely terrible doctor. My family and I have seen her a few times, hoping each time it would be better but considerably disappointed again and again.The final straw when my husband was told because he didn't have a criminal history he mustn't have said condition. Completely incompetent and ignorant. Avoid if you need any help.

Do not visit Dr Bishal Dewadi. He is very rude!

Great medical centre with good doctors.

Dr May is a very caring, dedicated doctor. In consultations she is very thorough and always takes the time to listen. I highly recommend her as a family doctor.

Need a prescription made was told I must have a consultation (didn't have to last 2 times) doctor just needs to click computer and print. $75 dollars???Not a chance I am paying that just to pick up lowest dose blood pressure prescription I'd rather not take them.I don't understand why I have to pay so much for a simple service.
