We attended Headstart for diagnostic purposes and the staff where fantastic. They made the whole family feel welcome and where very thorough in diagnosis and report writing. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable.

Professional individual that's highly qualified in their respective division, session is always in demand due to close proximity to Adelaide Road Clinic; and strategic location for northern suburbs.If your a private patients do expect to paid an arm and leg for their services, and also be prepared to be pester with constant inquiries when never you made a payment if you've a private health insurance/NDIS; do know Headstart will charge you more when your NDIS is approved.Headstart Administrator will be great if you could used your hands to return back the patient credit card instead of putting it on the table, do know not all of your clients is Centrelink recipient and abused the tax payers money; a basic courtesy and respect wouldn't hurt though.
