Tissot Boutique Sydney

I went to the midcity store to get my watch serviced and for a battery change.The 2 ladies who were serving customers were rather slow, but very friendly.Two male employees walked in with their lunch, and realising that a few customers were waiting to be served, they left their lunch and came out to serve the customers.Very efficient service received from the boys!

Excellent customer service. I took in a watch that was a little out of warranty because I initially couldn't find the warranty card when it stopped. They happily assessed and serviced the watch free of charge and even replaced the strap and returned it in a new case. I'll definitely be getting plenty more watches from tissot.

I went to this store because it’s the official Tissot boutique in Sydney.What’s the point in owning a Tissot if you need a battery change and the official boutique has to send it to Melbourne for this to be done.When I asked that it also needed to be serviced they could not give me a time or cost estimate from their Melbourne service centre.The young man who attended to me was polite but was fairly non pluses when I politely complained that it was disappointing for a customer that Omega and Tissot (which are owned by the same organisation) need to provide its customers with a much better service experience.I have two omegas which I was told at Omega they too need to be sent to Melbourne for service.How ridiculous is this in 2023 ?The man who was the manager then walked over to me was fairly dismissive of my viewpoint and then went on to rubbish my Apple Watch saying that it wasn’t a watch but a device.Thank goodness for devices that I know my time.

As a loyal Tissot fan, I highly recommend this boutique store.Warmest welcome received and all the staff are nice. Although I was so hard to decide which one to buy and keep trying on watches. The seller showed his full patience and keep serving me for almost a hour. Happy to find my top beloved new watch and my old Tissot could get some rest now.BTW the T Touch series are sooooo cool. Will bring my hubbie here to try on.

Went to the store to make a warranty claim for a watch that was water damaged. The watch was damaged due to humidity when I went overseas which was clearly a fault with the product.The way the CSR Vadym" acted towards me was extremely unprofessional and rude. He made me feel like I was in the wrong instantly saying "we don't cover water damage" from the moment I handed him the watch. This is pretty shocking for a watch that is water-resistant up to a pressure bar of 10. To add onto that after explaining my frustration he claims that "this can happen sometimes" in regards to humidity water damaging the watch. Then goes on to say it will probably cost $190 to fix my $600 watch.Regardless

I went there to get my watch paired to my phone. Both the salesmen Homern and Roger were extremely helpful and polite. They problem solved in a very professional intelligent way. Very grateful for what they did for me . Well done they are both a credit to Tissot.

I recently bought a quite expensive watch from this boutique. The watch has issues on the bracelet which clearly show a default. From its fabrication. They refuse to take it under the 2 years guarantee. Obviously there will be a follow up. Terrible customer service!!!
