Very professional, punctual and economical service. We used this company for soil test for our home extension. We chose Soil Test Melbourne because their equipment is compact and they easily accessed the backyard down the side of the house without causing any damage to garden/lawn. Surprising considering the good reviews on google.A very unorganized and unprofessional service and ultimately the experience of gaining feedback on your own report that they produce is harder than pulling teeth out.Internal employees aren’t on the same page as the geotechnical engineers and will send you on a rabbit chase. Ultimately a waste of time for myself and my structural engineer and would not engage them again.Better off spending your money elsewhere.
