i ordered three pizzas today and they were wrong and missing with ingredients, that not first time they did like that, they do same thing every time, and always i feel that i throw my money in a bin. i spend $45 today and they were all waste. please value your customers money. customer’s money is not trash if you give to people trash to eat.thanks

What's happen to forster dominoes? Used to be awesome???2nd order in fortnight stuffed up... 2x supreme got vegetarian4rd order seafood they forgot to put prawns on ,then recooked to find got 1 prawn per slice!Today would not honour coupon ,staff not helpful finally got supreme with pineapple ? & what should have been a chicken supreme was in fact a supreme of some sort.Also noticed while waiting how dirty the shopfront glass was & rubbish under the drink fridge...overall dirty won't be going back anymore .

Good Domino's pizza as usual. Very busy that night. Pre ordered time pick up but had to wait extra15 min . Small shop so not much area to wait. Good staff. They were working as fast as they could. Happy customer.

This premises is deserving of a negative star rating. I attended today with a view to buying my lunch - met with a filthy door entrance that had not been cleaned for some time, a delivery motor scooter taking up most of the customer floor space in the premises, only one filthy and dilapidated menu that did not advise pricing. The two staff were haggling with a customer over the price of their order. I left without ordering, concerned about the total cleanliness and presentation of the premises. Very poor presentation. I was also unable to confirm the pricing of any product from the available display.

Rang store to add another pizza to delivery order. Had to repeat details 3 x times. Told no order in system. Checked online order. Rang back store. Told order about to leave for delivery and if I want to add another pizza I would have to submit another order!!!!

Love dominos but the language from the staff and lack of working and more ‘just chatting’ was disappointing. Definitely need to have a chat with the staff about professionalism at work.

Pizza was slightly undercooked. Garlic bread not properly packaged but other than that it was great and to be fair, we ordered at 1130 at night so quick delivery considering.update- have since been back and i would have to say the worst service i have ever received. I stood at the counter waiting for service while staff just wandered around past me. Not one even looked me in the eye. A serious training session needs to happen at this store. Its actually appalling. I have worked in corporate industry before and this kind of service would have the franchise under attack.

Domino's Forster used to be great. The pizzas were hot and came on time. The last few times we've had nothing but trouble and terrible service. We ordered a delivery a few weeks ago and the whole order was wrong (and cold). I rang them and the manager on duty said that my next order would be free. I ordered again tonight and the kid who answered the phone put me on hold twice then hung up on me. After telling him my order 3 times I waited an hour and 15 minutes and rang to check. He had put our order as a pick up even though I specified a delivery. The manager I spoke to seemed nice but told me they were training new people. I wish that manager luck because with staff like that and service like that she's going to need it.

Ordered online for delivery, supposed to arrive 8:20. Called 20 mins after supposed arrival to say it’s not arrive and was told it would arrive soon. And hour and a half later, store is closed, still nothing. No calls, no information on when it was coming. Had your chances and your blew it. Was a small order, had 2 and a half hours to get it done and screwed that up. Not ordering again

Just got pizzas delivered. Not the order we placed. It was late and we started eating what we were given as we had children to feed. We called the store and after speaking to multiple people who couldn't find the order but told us they would give us a refund, Nathan the apparent manager got on the ph. We were told we couldn't have a refund as we had started eating the pizzas. He then hung up on us. We called back and when I proceeded to inform him that is actually incorrect we were hung up on again. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent customer service. The pizzas, although not what we ordered were standard of dominos. I won't be going back, and after reading other recent reviews it seems the staff could do with some CSR training.
