They need 6 stars. I got some bones for the dog... I could have eaten them myself the quality seemed really good. I also bought crumb steak and they use the proper bread crumbs.... Not the dodgy orange bread crumbs.. And they where on for a chat aswell a very friendly atmosphere.

Love their meat. The old man and I have gone to alot of butchers all around Newcastle and we find this one to be in the top 3.Best snags aswell.

Won a meat tray from Swansea Rsl from the ladies golf club and got it home to open it up to freeze it and it was rotten. The smell was terrible.

Blacksmiths Butchers,!! Been going there for 30years!! A couple of different owner how!!!!! But I em a Blacksmiths local so I go there !! It in walking distance of my house on the channel, been buying wagyu beef from there lately and I must say it a good piece of meat and u just cann,t pick it up anywhere!!!and if it good eating we do think of the prices it all about enjoy the tastes,!!!!! I had a fantastic experience here. Great value and the pork neck I purchased was incredibly tender. The guy even gave me tips on making a nice sauce with rum pan juices.
