Couldn’t ask for a better gym, always neat and tidy, plenty of space available and owner Jason is a very friendly guy! Always down for a chat and is always there to give any gym/health related advice! 100% recommend!!

I started out not knowing a thing about working out at a gym and feeling intimidated by it all. After just one intro session with Jason, I was able to learn the basics to get me started and I haven’t stopped. It’s so good to go to a local, friendly gym that isn’t packed so I can workout feeling totally comfortable and supported. Love this gym!

This gym is without a doubt the best one I have been a member of, both in Australia and the UK. Jason is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful owner with a fabulous team of trainers. The gym is clean, well equiped and has everything you need to get the most out of your work out. A great variety of classes, open 24/7 and great community feel. Support local and join up with Jason, you won’t regret it!

Would highly recommend! One of the best gyms I've joined, super friendly atmosphere and not too crowded. Good variety of equipment and it's great that it's 24/7!
