Thanks so much Michelle and Scott for looking after our beautiful boy Jack for us.You both made such a difficult time easier for us. From the time I spoke to Scott from the vet on Friday, Jack was picked up and cared for till he came home on Wednesday. Michelle was very prompt in communicating with me to discuss our preferences . They are both so compassionate and understanding of the deep sense of loss we feel, but the beautiful urn and keepsake box is very comforting. Both Scott and Michelle, have been so kind and helpful with assisting me through the process of cremating my best friend, my 13 y/o Norwegian forest cat Charlie.The pickup, cremation, communication and drop of services that they have provided us is amazing. We lost our beautiful Chloe 10 days after i got home from cancer surgery. My family and I were all devasted. Michelle and Scott were absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend Rupert’s enough. From when they picked our girl up from the vet to personally dropping her back home, the communication was amazing. We were kept informed every step of the way, with great compassion. The little extras that came home with her are a really nice touch, our girl was taken very good care of.

I lost my Beautiful Pet Bird Sparkle's I had for 14 years the other day. The heartache of loosing her was so hard for me and my kids and I knew I wanted her with us forever. The care, Love and Compassion that I received from Rupert's Pet Cremation was outstanding. They were fast and efficient with helping me with what I wanted to always have a special memorial for my bird. The presentation and the care that was taken to ease the heartache was clearly made from the heart from a couple who have such a passion and understanding with loosing a pet.
